Training Programs

At QDPA, we offer a range of programs for students of all ages and experience levels. Whether your child is just beginning or aiming for a professional career, each class is designed to build confidence, skill, and a deep love for movement. We proudly welcome students from across Brisbane’s bayside, including Birkdale, Wellington Point, Gumdale, Wakerley, Capalaba, Bayside, Thorneside, Manly, and Wynnum, offering quality training to dancers in these communities.

An introduction to the joy of dance. These classes spark creativity while building coordination, musicality, and basic ballet steps. It’s a gentle, playful way for young dancers to begin their journey with confidence.
For dancers showing early interest and ability, this program focuses on strong ballet basics in a supportive and focused environment. Students develop technique, discipline, and performance skills while building a solid foundation for future training.
This level blends classical ballet with contemporary styles, giving dancers both structure and creative freedom. The training sharpens technique and expression, helping students grow into confident, adaptable performers.
A challenging program for serious dancers ready to take their training further. With a focus on advanced technique, performance quality, and artistic expression, students are prepared for auditions, full-time training, or professional opportunities.

Train with Australia’s leading circus talent in a fun and supportive setting. Students build strength, coordination, confidence, and creativity while learning the basics of circus movement.
Note: All circus students are required to attend a general ballet class. Ballet builds the control, balance, and body awareness needed for aerial and ground-based skills.

High-energy classes designed to build flexibility, strength, and safe tumbling skills. Suitable for all levels, this program is perfect for dancers, gymnasts, or any student who loves to move.
For students ready to take their performance to the next stage, this program focuses on partner work. Dancers build the skills and confidence needed for classical pas de deux, preparing them for professional ballet environments.
